A Foal's Journey was inspired by my personal experience with many horseback rides on an American Painted horse, named Dixie. This piece is a depiction of a life long journey, with many locked doors and a few left ajar. The beautiful ivory staircase represents the path to glory through perseverance. It is a beautiful visual commentary on my life's journey thus far, and represents a major landmark in my life.
